What we collect
Your name and contact details, delivery addresses, order history, and — for business accounts — your firm name and GSTIN. We collect what an order needs and no more.
How we use it
To take, price, deliver and invoice your orders, and to contact you about them. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties except the carriers and payment processors handling your order.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, so it cannot be read by scripts. We do not set advertising cookies.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account details are removed on request, except where a record must be retained.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to the support desk and we will respond within thirty days.
