Delete your account

How to delete your TCMCart™ account, what is deleted, and what is kept and why.

Last updated 11 October 2026

In the TCMCart app

Customers can delete their account from the app, straight away:

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Tap Your profile.
  3. Under Delete account, tap Delete my account.
  4. Re-enter your password, then tap Permanently delete my account. If you sign in with Google, you confirm with Google instead: tap Confirm with Google and delete, then choose your Google account.

If you sign in only with Google and the app does not show Confirm with Google and delete, set a password first: tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen, then delete your account with that password.

You are signed out on every device as soon as it completes.

Without the app, and for service partners

If you do not have the app, or you are a service partner, use the contact form with “Account deletion” as the subject, and give the email address or phone number registered on the account so we can confirm it is yours.

We process the request and confirm it by email within thirty days.

What is deleted

  • Your login identifiers: email address and phone number.
  • The link between your TCMCart account and your Google account.
  • Your name.
  • Saved addresses (your project locations), including any coordinates you pinned to them.
  • Your wishlist.
  • Push-notification device tokens.
  • Notification history.
  • The firm name, GSTIN and PAN on your customer profile.
  • Every signed-in session.

What is kept, and why

  • Orders, bookings, invoices, and payment and ledger records. Indian tax and accounting law (GST) requires us to keep them for the period required by law, currently up to eight years. They stay against an anonymised account that no longer identifies you.
  • Support tickets may keep the contact details you wrote in them.
  • Service partner KYC documents are kept as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Nothing kept is used to contact you or market to you. Deletion cannot be undone — to use TCMCart again, create a new account.
