Terms of service
The terms on which TCMCart sells and delivers construction material.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when it is placed. Prices, taxes and minimum quantities are those shown at the time of confirmation.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless stated otherwise they exclude GST, which is added at checkout at the rate applicable to the material and your billing state.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Material is delivered to the nearest safe point of access; unloading beyond the gate is by prior arrangement.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged material may be returned within seven days of delivery. Cement, admixtures and other perishable goods are excluded once the seal is broken.
Liability
We are responsible for the material supplied. We are not responsible for construction outcomes, which depend on design, workmanship and site conditions outside our control.
