The terms on which TCMCart™ sells and delivers construction material and books construction services.

Who we are
The TCMCart website (www.tcmcart.com) and the TCMCart app are run by NQD Realty (OPC) Private Limited. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean NQD Realty (OPC) Private Limited.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when it is placed. Prices, taxes and minimum quantities are those shown at the time of confirmation.
Pricing and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless stated otherwise they exclude GST, which is added at checkout at the rate applicable to the material and your billing state.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Material is delivered to the nearest safe point of access; unloading beyond the gate is by prior arrangement.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged material may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Cement, admixtures and other perishable goods are excluded once the seal is broken. The full process is in the returns policy (/legal/returns).
Service bookings
A service booking asks a verified service partner to visit your site. It is confirmed when a partner accepts it, at the price quoted and accepted in the booking. Work beyond the quote needs your agreement first. The service partner is responsible for the workmanship of the service they carry out.
Tenders and bids
A tender invites service partners to bid on a job. A bid is an offer, and nothing is agreed until you accept one. Accepting a bid turns it into a booking on the terms of that bid.
Acceptable content
You must not post objectionable, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful content in tender descriptions, bids, ratings and comments, or support messages. We may remove such content and suspend or close the accounts that post it.

Liability
We are responsible for the material supplied. We are not responsible for construction outcomes, which depend on design, workmanship and site conditions outside our control.
Trademarks and content
- TCMCart™ is a trademark of NQD Realty (OPC) Private Limited. Applications to register the word mark TCMCART are pending with the Trade Marks Registry, India: no. 8069014 (class 35), no. 8069015 (class 39) and no. 8069016 (class 9), filed on 16 October 2026.
- You may not use the TCMCart name, or a name confusingly similar to it, in a business, domain, app or social-media name, as an advertising keyword or in a product listing, or in any way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you, without our written permission.
- The names and logos of the brands sold on TCMCart belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those brands’ products, and their use does not mean a brand owner endorses TCMCart.
- The text, photographs, product data and design of the website and the app belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view them and share links to them, but you may not copy them in bulk, scrape them or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Grievance Officer: Piyush Gupta, Proprietor, NQD Realty (OPC) Private Limited. To complain to the Grievance Officer, use the contact page and write “Grievance” under “What is it about?”, or email support@tcmcart.com with “Grievance” in the subject.
We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. A complaint about content posted on TCMCart is resolved within 15 days.
