Returns and refunds

How to return material bought on TCMCart within 7 days of delivery, and how the refund reaches you.

What you can return

Unopened, undamaged material may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Cement, admixtures and other perishable goods are excluded once the seal is broken.

How to return

  1. Open the order in your account and choose Request a return, giving the reason.
  2. We review the request and approve or decline it; your order page shows which.
  3. Once approved, we arrange with you how the material comes back to us.
  4. When it reaches us and is checked, the order is marked returned and the refund is made.

Refunds

A refund goes back the way you paid: to the card, UPI or bank account of an online payment, or by bank transfer for an order paid directly to our account.
