This will help achieve a smooth finish with eventual paint application. (2) Begin with one coat of primer and leave it to dry for 6-8 hours. The primer will completely set in and retain the paint better. (3) Even the surface by using putty to fill all dents and dry overnight. Finish by sanding the surface with Emery Paper No. 100 and clean. (4) Administer the second coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Reinforce by sanding with Emery Paper No. 220 and wipe clean. (5) Dilute the paint before surface application. Leave a period of 6-8 hours after the first coat for drying.
