Specifications: Application: (1) Prepare the surface by sanding and filling in cracks or dents, then dust the surface. (2) Use Allwood Wood Filler with a putty knife on any knots, nail marks or dents. Apply 1-2 coats of Allwood Epoxy Isolant to insulate the wood from oil and resin. (3) Stir and mix White Allwood PU Color Sealer Base with White Allwood PU Color Sealer Hardener in a 4:1 ratio. Use 30-40% of Allwood PU Thinner or Allwood PU Slow Drying Thinner for Spray Application. (4) Apply 2-3 coats of White Allwood PU Color Sealer with a gap of 5-6 hours between each coat followed by 2 coats of Allwood PU Color topcoat with a gap of 10-12 hours between each coat.
